I currently work as a Systems Developer developing applications with C#, .NET 5/6, Blazor and Entity Framework. I also do some Python/Django development and Linux Administration.

I retired in 2021 from the City of Tampa after 17 years.

I also retired from the United States Navy after 22 years of active and reserve service.

I also do some mobile, web, application and game development projects to keep my skills fresh.

Education and Skills

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of South Florida. I also received an Associate of Arts in Computer Programming at Tallahassee Community College. I’ve also attended several schools pursuing a degree in Computer Science at University of Cincinnati, University of Texas at San Antonio and Xavier University. I also took several classes at San Antonio College and Hillsborough Community College.

I continue to try to keep my skills current by attending Code Camps, SQL Saturday, and various meetups both in person and online.  I try to be active in the community and have been a co-organizer of the Xamarin/Mobile Application Development group.  I take several online classes from Udemy, Coursera, EdX, Pluralsight and Lynda/LinkedIn Learning. 

I also got to assist in the technical review for the “Mastering ArcGIS Server Development with JavaScript” by Ken Dorman.
